  • Self Care Boot Camp – 6 weeks – $150- This workshop gets you focused on how you are spending your time and looking for places in your schedule where you can carve out time for self-care. Each session in this series is 45 minutes long and will cover the following topics:
    • Discovering how you currently spend your time and where you can make time for you.
    • Discovering what self-care means to you and what brings you contentment.
    • Exploring free, inexpensive, and simple to implement methods of self-care that can easily be worked into your day or week.

  • Same Me… New Outlook Coaching Intensive- 10 weeks -$350 – Have you found yourself in a rut of repeating a lot of the same patterns? Are you finding time for some more healthy wellness practices, but looking for a bit more guidance? If so, this workshop may be the one for you! Each session is 1 hour long and will cover the following topics/activities:
    • Getting to know yourself
    • Discovering how you currently spend your time and which things can be eliminated or changed to create some space.
    • Gratitude Journaling
    • Examining areas of stress and stress-reducing techniques and practices
    • Intro to Meditation
    • Intro to Yoga
    • Self-Care assessment
    • Setting S.M.A.R.T Goals(Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Timely)
    • Assorted journaling exercises
    • A personal SWOT analysis for self-discovery (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats)
  • Finding A Way Forward Wellness Coaching Program- 10 Weeks – $350 -This workshop series includes a 1-hour session most weeks and there will be two sessions that are 1 ½ to 2 hours long *. We’ll touch on a broad spectrum of topics and practices for general wellness including:
    • Journaling- Gratitude Journal and general journaling prompts for wellness
    • Intro to Meditation and Breathing Exercises
    • Aromatherapy for the Sole session-Self-Reflexology session with Intro to Aromatherapy Workshop*
    • Intro to Yoga
    • Assessing Your Space- Organization and decluttering for peace of mind *
    • Self-assessment, wellness goal setting, and self-discovery exercises
    • Time Management and Making Time For Self-care
    • Healthy Eating Practices for Wellness & The Art of Healthy Substitutions!
    • Examining areas of stress and stress-reducing techniques and practices
    • Using oracle cards, mantras, and affirmations for wellness. The power of positivity!
  • Chakra Clearing Workshop – 1 hour – $25
  • – This one-hour workshop gives an overview of what the Chakras are, discovering any blockages you may be experiencing, an overview of the use of Colour Therapy and crystals for boosting the chakras, and a chakra clearing meditation to close out the session.

  • Chair Yoga Sessions – 5 weeks -$75 – 45 minutes per week for 5 weeks. This one-on-one workshop can happen here in Masstown or over Zoom from the comfort of your home. Poses are customized to your unique abilities.
  • Meeting Myself on The Mat Yoga Workshop– 3 hours -$60
    • 15 minute Welcome and Orientation
    • 90 minute Artsy Flow Yoga Session
    • 15-minute refreshment break
    • 30 Minute Pranayama Session (Yoga breathing exercises)
    • 30 Minute Gentle Wind Down Yoga Session
    • 15-minute Closing Meditation

All of these programs are delivered one-on-one by a mix of Zoom sessions and/or in-person sessions, depending on current Covid-19 restrictions and the content of the workshops. They can be set up to fit a very flexible schedule. Payment is due in full at least 2 days before the first session. (Note: A 3 Payment plan is available with a $25 fee applicable. Ask me for more details.) Prices are inclusive and no tax will be added on top of these amounts. I accept e-transfer, Visa, and Mastercard payments.
